1. Who we are

2. What Brand2Collab does
Brand2Collab helps brands find creators and run influencer campaigns in India. Brands post campaigns and invite creators. Creators build a profile and apply. When both sides agree, a chat opens and contact details are shared.
We are a platform that connects people. We are not a party to any deal between a brand and a creator. The brand and the creator agree the work, fee, dates, usage rights and payment between themselves and are responsible for meeting them. Brand2Collab does not handle payments today.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older. Brand accounts must be used by someone allowed to act for that business.
- Give true information: your name, handles, follower numbers, audience details, brand and website. Numbers you enter are shown to brands as entered by you.
- Keep your email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person, one account per role. Don't create accounts for others without permission.
4. Brands
- Brands are verified before they can publish campaigns or invite creators. We may ask for a working website, a company email, Instagram or GSTIN, and we may refuse or remove verification.
- Campaign briefs must be honest about the work, the fee or product, and the usage rights you want.
- Pay creators what you agreed, on time. Use creator content only as agreed.
- Contact details you receive are for that collaboration only. Don't add creators to mailing lists or share their details.
5. Creators
- Only list social accounts you own or manage. Don't inflate followers, views or engagement.
- Deliver what you agreed, or tell the brand early if you can't.
- Label paid and gifted posts clearly (for example #ad or “Paid partnership”), as required by the ASCI influencer guidelines and the Consumer Protection Act rules on endorsements.
6. Things nobody may do
- Ask anyone for money to join a campaign, “registration fees”, or deposits.
- Post fake campaigns or fake profiles, impersonate anyone, or mislead about who you are.
- Harass, abuse or threaten anyone, or send spam.
- Promote anything illegal in India, including betting or products banned for advertising.
- Scrape, copy or resell data from Brand2Collab, or try to break its security.

7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload or write (profile, bio, briefs, messages). You let us show it on Brand2Collab to run the service. Content created for a brand is governed by what you and the brand agree.
8. Suspending or closing accounts
We may hide, suspend or remove accounts, campaigns or messages that break these terms or the law, or that put others at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Account in the menu.
9. No guarantees
We work hard to keep Brand2Collab running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any campaign, application or collaboration will succeed. We check brands and handles, but we don't guarantee anyone's numbers, conduct or payments. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between brands and creators.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you on the site before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
11. Complaints
Grievance Officer: to be added, to be added. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
